Returns and Refunds Policy

Policy Status: All Sales Final (No Returns Accepted)

Due to the nature of our products (low-cost custom items) and the operation of our webshop as a school project, Stickerdom maintains an All Sales Are Final policy. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer monetary refunds for any product once the order has been confirmed, except in the specific cases outlined below (Damaged Goods or Order Cancellation).

2. Defective or Damaged Products (The Exception)

While we strive for high quality, if your sticker order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will replace the item free of charge.

To report damaged or incorrect items:

  1. You must notify us via email at stickerdom.help@gmail.com within 7 days of your scheduled pickup date.
  2. 3. Your email must include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • A description of the defect or damage.
    • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  3. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected items to be processed for the next available pickup schedule. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items; we only offer replacements.

Order Cancellation and Refunds (The Fee Exception)

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Cancellation BEFORE Processing: If you cancel your order within 2 hours of payment and before production has begun, we will refund the amount paid for packing and delivery fees using the original payment method.
  • Cancellation AFTER Processing: Once your order has been sent to the printer or packaged for pickup, it cannot be canceled, and no refund for packing/delivery fees will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Fees paid for packing, handling, or delivery once the order has been processed (see Section 3).
  • Items lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been successfully picked up by the customer.
